Anthony DeLucia:Excellent case studies...I don't however, see the private sector as Chris Leinberger would bring out with his recent paper in the Brookings on real estate prices in the WDC area...could the transportation field, of necessity, be required to look at public private partnerships that will build the desire for density...Nashville is a real work in progress as are the other metros being highlighted...I love them all
